Host your next event at the Serbian Cultural Centre!

This welcoming venue is suitable for conferences, weddings and private events. It is located only 5 minutes form the City Centre and is a short stroll to the beautiful Botanical Gardens. The hall is also available for the use of reoccurring events/classes at a discount rate.

Subject to cultural events, the hall is available to hire all year round. To hire the hall, please complete the below Hall Hire Enquiry form and we will get in contact with you.

The venue offers the use of extensive outdoor grounds for private & corporate events that may require outdoor space.

Capacity: Banquet style seating is available for up to 110 people. The room can fit up 150 people
without tables.

Hall hire cost and bond:
Half day hall hire (up to 5 hours) - $300.00 plus $500.00 Bond.
Full day hall hire (up to 12 hours) - $600.00 Plus $500.00 Bond.

** The bond will be returned in full, post hall inspection, within 2 weeks of the hire.

The Committee is made up of unpaid volunteers and therefore a condition of hiring the hall is
that it is left in a tidy state (carpeted area vacuumed, linyl mopped following the event and that the toilets are left in a tidy state, etc).

Hall Hire Conditions:

· Your booking is only secured upon full receipt of the invoice.

· Please consider our electricity bills and keep doors closed when using air conditioning.

· Our toilets are a shared facility with permanent tenant’s. Please keep them clean and place all empty rubbish in the bin provided.

· Hall is to be vacuumed, bathrooms and hall left tidy.

· Tables and chairs returned into storage.

· Please use the industrial bin for all your rubbish and not the tenant's wheelie bins.

· Bond refund is subject to hall being left in the condition it was found.

· Hall hire ends at 11.55pm. Please ensure cleaning is completed by this time.

· The hall manager will run you through how to enter and exit the premises.

Refund Policy

Serbian Cultural and Information Centre is a non-profit voluntary organisation that relies heavily on our Hall Hire income. Therefore, the hire fee will not be refunded should you cancel 14 Days or less prior to hire.
